Excellent hotel

A hotel with everything, suitable for children and teenagers. Also close to Papete Beach. But the whole staff at this hotel is wonderful and competent, from the fantastic entertainment team to the restaurant service, everyone is friendly and kind, the receptionists helpful and pleasant, the housekeeping staff too... in short, a hotel with absolutely everything. And there are lots of games for the little ones too.

Fantastic holiday!

I stayed for a week in June with my family, our first experience in a family hotel, and I have to say we were all completely satisfied.
Excellent services, delicious food, super friendly waiters and very well-organised dining room service, entertainment that is present and engaging, but not intrusive.
Clean rooms, a very nice pool, always friendly and smiling at the bar, reception always helpful and kind.
A very well-kept, clean beach with staff always attentive to guests' needs.
A place we'll definitely come back to, a 10 out of 10 holiday!!!!

First holiday in Milano Marittima

This was our first time at a hotel in the chain, and we chose the Village for its seafront location and its garden with play equipment.
A perfect choice for the kids, they had so much fun, and the animators were brilliant. We especially have to thank Khaled, who showed so much patience, care and kindness with the children, keeping them entertained at the toy car track, where we spent practically every evening.

A relaxing and fun holiday

I stayed at your hotel in the last week of August with my son.
Everything was excellent, starting with the staff, truly all of them so kind. Fantastic, engaging animators, but never overbearing. In the dining room everything was delicious and always in generous portions, and the serving staff were always smiling and ready to solve any issue.
The girls at reception were excellent.
Everything perfect: aperitifs, snacks, evening beach volleyball matches, etc..

Top week

What can I say, a top holiday, tears on departure! A huge thank you to the entertainment team because they made this week simply fantastic, like a family to say the least, amazing people MY IRIS, EMILIA AND OUR YURI, people you can't help but love, overwhelming, professional, etc... it would take a book to describe these people and their work, we'll come back if they're there... thanks to the company Promete for these guys! Dining room service needs improvement, top pizza chef who managed everything brilliantly on his own with excellent pizzas.... excellent room cleaning, a thank you to the bar and beach area, fabulous, what can I say, an unforgettable week, see you next time guys
